Room with a View
If there’s one thing to know about the YT Seminar, it’s that everything is 5-stars, from your accommodations to meals, and all the details in between. This year, guests checked in to the beautiful Mandarin Oriental Miami, a resort known for its impeccable service, and were delighted with an ocean-view room with a balcony, plus several personal gifts from the YT team.
Swag-a-licious
Here at YellowTelescope, our swag game is on point and no one leaves the Seminar empty-handed! All attendees received a swag bag, along with other gifts throughout the weekend, and Advanced Course attendees (those who have attended multiple years in a row) were even treated to some extra special memorabilia.
Meaty Talks from Practice Management Experts
After settling into the lap of luxury, it was time to learn some stuff! The YT executive team presented on topics including our proprietary process used by our long-term consulting clients to achieve 60-95% same-day consultation conversion rates, implementable tips to improve sales, proven techniques for practice efficiency, plastic surgery practice management training, social media marketing trends, current best digital marketing practices, and much more. This is the heart of the Seminar – the main reason practices come back year after year.
Snacks!
Conceptualized by the Queen of the Seminar, our VP of Operations, Jill, and executed by the talented Mandarin Oriental team, our guests were delighted with creative breaks each day. Snacks included a farmer’s market-themed spread of charcuterie, fresh fruit, nitrogen ice cream with every topping you can imagine, and a camping-themed array of fresh s’mores, hot dogs, vegan sliders, and more.
Latest Updates
A lot can change in a year, especially in the world of digital marketing and plastic surgery. YT Seminar attendees learned the most recent updates in social media, stats directly affecting their industry, and tips on how to navigate constantly changing times.
More Eats (and Drinks)
The Seminar weekend led our palettes through a cultural food exploration, from gourmet dim sum to Italian cuisine, and beyond. On Friday night, we ventured to the beautiful Amara at Paraiso for a fanciful Latin American meal complete with wine, cocktails, and of course, whisky.
Swapping Secrets
As quoted by Dr. Funcik, a top facial plastic surgeon visiting for his 3rd time from South Carolina, “The quality of the attendees is so high that year after year I come back and look forward to reacquainting with people in other cities, and they are all people who take their practice seriously.” The YT Seminar is one of the few opportunities when the best practices in the world come together for a weekend. Every attendee is focused on gaining knowledge to improve their practices, which naturally sparks valuable conversations between doctors, practice managers, and patient coordinators.
What Can Happen in 10 Years
We’ve grown a bit since our first YT Training Seminar in 2010, which hosted a total of 8 attendees (see photo below from this year’s event). You better believe that next year’s 10th Annual Seminar will be one for the books. We have already outsold the entire attendance for 2020 (with 11 months to go!), so please call 305-455 -0720 or e-mail us to reserve your spot.
End-of-Year Special: Book by 12/31/19 for $750 off 1 to 2 attendees, or $1,000 off 3 or more!
