Jon Hoffenberg
President

  • After opening his own company at 19, which grew to over $9 million in annual revenues with a work force of over 1,000, Jon graduated from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, created YellowTelescope, and has overseen over a half billion dollars in practice results.
  • Jon has been published in myriad articles and books including MedEsthetics, Plastic Surgery Practice (PSP) magazine, RealSelf University, The Business of Plastic Surgery Volume 2, Start Up Nation, and more.
  • Jon is a Miami Chamber of Commerce HYPE Entrepreneur of the Year, was named one of “40 Under 40” Business Leaders by the South Florida Business Journal (SFBJ), a Sun Sentinel Top Workplace Professional, and his company has been named to Inc. Magazine’s list of the “5,000 Fastest Growing Private Companies in America” in both 2018, 2019 and 2020.

Ed Syring III
Executive Vice President and Partner

  • A graduate of Wake Forest University, Ed is currently a partner and Executive Vice President at YellowTelescope. Working with Jon since our founding in 2008 (and now a total of about two decades over three companies), Ed began his career in elective medicine as an industry-leading patient care coordinator, working with over 10,000 patients and generating over $12 million in revenue for a single practice before exclusively focusing on the growth of YellowTelescope, SEOversite, and iScreamSocialMedia through the most important metric – the growth of our clients.
  • Ed helps create, oversee and execute the YellowTelescope Annual Training Seminar while overseeing Long-Term Oversight clients across North America. He has worked with hundreds of practices throughout his career and has helped guide practice growth totaling over $100 million in practice revenue. Through YellowTelescope staffing he spearheads recruiting for some of the top positions in top practices in the nation, and through ongoing training and marketing consultancy maximizes efficiencies in lead generation and conversion.
  • Ed has been featured in MedEsthetics, Modern Medicine, RealSelf Insight Center, and other publications as well as served on faculty for many industry leading events including American Society Plastic Surgery (ASPS), American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (ASAPS), American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery (ASCRS-ASOA), American Academy of Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery (AAFPRS), Global Aesthetics Conference (GAC) and NFO-SFO meetings.
  • In 2020, Ed’s chapter on “Social Media Marketing for the Male Aesthetic Practice,” was published in the book Aesthetic Surgery for Men: A Comprehensive Clinical Guide.

John Berry
Vice President of SEOversite

  • John has helped generate millions of website visitors & leads, and 10’s of millions of dollars in revenue for clients of YellowTelescope’s sister company, SEOversite since 2012. He provides digital strategy for dozens of growing SEOversite projects and personally oversees the spending of millions of marketing dollars annually.
  • He brings over 20 years of high-level sales experience and previously owned his own recruiting business with a staff of over 75 salespeople and managers. John has given speeches in front of groups of a few to a few thousand, including the annual YellowTelescope Training Seminar.

Jill Peeling
Vice President of Operations

  • A graduate of Tulane University, Jill brings over 16 years of sales experience including a decade of medical sales with companies such as Merck, GlaxoSmithKline, and Cytyc. She has worked with hundreds of physicians and their staff in specialties ranging from Dermatology to Gynecology.
  • She previously worked as a sales trainer for small and large pharmaceutical companies, including developing and executing product training and new hire sales training programs, and managed care education for representatives in multiple pharmaceutical companies.
  • Jill oversees day to day operations for YellowTelescope, and sister companies, including organizing all company events, trainings, meetings, employee needs, finances for the company and more. She plans and executes the YellowTelescope Training Seminar annually.
  • Jill has been featured in Start Up Nation as well as served on faculty for many industry leading events including American Society Plastic Surgery (ASPS), American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (ASAPS), ASCRS-ASOA, and American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (AAFPRS).

Dan Grantham
Senior Director

  • Dan has consulted with practices for over a decade to increase patient conversions and improve practice efficiency. He works with YellowTelescope's roster of comprehensive clients, helping to staff new hires and spearheads the training and on-going management of Patient Care Coordinators and office staff to ensure that practice growth goals are achieved.
  • After graduating from Florida State University College of Business, Dan started his own business at the age of 21 that grew to over 200 sales reps. As a Patient Care Coordinator, Dan worked with over 15,000 patients and personally sold $28M in surgery with an 85%+ same-day booking ratio. He consulted for and personally developed and implemented sales programs for a medical weight loss company that helped grow the company's revenue from $4M annually to over $80M annually in less than 3 years.
  • Dan has been featured in MedEsthetics as well as served on faculty at the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgeons (AACS) meeting and Florida Combined Otolaryngology Meeting Volunteers with local organizations benefiting students in at-risk communities and children with autism.

Abby Karcz
Director of Training & Marketing

  • Abby brings 8 years of experience as a Marketing Director and Patient Coordinator for two renowned Bay Area plastic surgeons. In that time, Abby trained with YellowTelescope and averaged a 75% in-office booking ratio. She also held the position as the Digital Marketing & Brand Strategist for the only marketing agency endorsed by ADA Member Advantage.
  • Abby spearheads ReceptionScope by YellowTelescope, works with YellowTelescope long term clients, and oversees the brand marketing for YellowTelescope, SEOversite, and iScreamSocialMedia. She is a speaker on social media marketing for ColoreScience and has spoken on other practice growth topics on webinars and at live events.
  • She is published as a co-author in The Business of Plastic Surgery: Navigating a Successful Career, 2nd Edition, has presented on a variety of topics from front desk management to social media marketing with companies such as ColoreScience. Abby is a graduate of Colorado State University and obtained an addtional Certificate in Marketing from UCLA.
