How does it work?
YellowTelescope takes your existing sales or management leader and makes them one of the very best in the industry. If you don’t have the right team member in place, we fill that position for you with YellowTelescope Staffing to ensure you have a superstar.

Our proprietary plastic surgery sales training and aesthetic practice management coaching process is unlike any other practice consulting model. Our results are consistent and demonstrable.
Begin with our initial training for 2 days in our Miami YellowTelescope headquarters or choose our virtual option in which the trainee shadows our executive team members over Zoom for equally effective results without all the time out of the office. Each trainee will role play and learn our proprietary and proven system alongside our YellowTelescope executive consultant.
Next, experience 2-3 days of onsite training in your practice (or virtual training). A YellowTelescope executive aesthetic consultant meets and helps your team grow by working with your key trainee to help her or him learn specific duties, computer systems, in-office consultations, email and phone follow-up skills, management and organization, leadership and more.
Receive on-going training for years to come, including weekly to bi-weekly 1-on-1 conference calls with the YT executive team, occasional national YellowTelescope training calls with other plastic surgery practice managers and salespeople, access to the executive team for questions and further education, and quarterly doctor progress calls to review results.
